With 10 years of experience across the retail, finance, not-for-profit and education industries, I have worked with Australia’s biggest brands to solve their toughest business and customer challenges.
My passion is designing products and services that make a difference in people's lives. With a special interest in digital accessibility, I am also an advocate for building inclusive and accessible experiences that work in a wide variety of contexts and individual scenarios.
Over the years, I have developed expertise across user research, product strategy, experience design, and visual design systems - allowing me to design solutions end-to-end from discovery to final visual design. By cultivating all these skill sets, I work in conjunction with your team to create solutions that are not only intuitive and strategic, but also beautiful and the best representation of your brand. Research & strategy
Whether running large-scale discovery projects or integrating lean research into product development cycles, I use quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to explore customer goals and pain points. These findings are translated into clear, actionable recommendations to feed your product and business strategy. If needed, I work with you to implement a new product roadmap.

Experience design
From mapping customer journeys to wireframing and prototyping, I use an iterative approach to design new experiences and digital products that solve high-value problems. This is backed by continuous rounds of user testing with your customers (using guerrilla or laboratory techniques) to ensure their pain points are being solved correctly and that the design is intuitive and user-friendly.

Design systems
With experience working on complex, multi-brand design systems, I help you develop a visual language for your business that is beautiful, accessible, and that represents your brand with integrity across all digital mediums and devices. I then work with your team to develop a component library of interactive design elements that your designers and developers can import into their systems and use straight away, creating design consistency and speeding up your delivery workflow.

Digital accessibility
Whether you are starting a new product from scratch or looking at making an existing solution more accessible and inclusive, I can help you meet agreed-upon accessibility standards that will both attract new customer groups and create an improved experience for your current users. In addition, I can help build advocacy within your team, so that they are empowered to build more inclusive customer experiences from the start.
